The short version. Apparel Pro is software for running a print and embroidery shop. You pay a monthly or yearly fee, you can cancel any time, and your shop's data stays yours. Payments from your customers go straight to your own Square account — we never take a cut.
These terms are a contract between you (the shop) and Battle Born Clothing LLC, the Nevada company that makes Apparel Pro. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Apparel Pro ("the service") is web software at app.apparelpro.app for apparel decorators: quotes and invoices, pricing rules, a customer portal, supplier look-ups, purchasing, scheduling, shipping rates, payments through your own Square account, and related tools. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we'll tell you first.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to a contract for your business.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current. The person who signs up is the account owner and controls the shop's settings, team and billing.
- Sign-in is by emailed link. Keep access to that email inbox secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account and your team members' logins. Tell us right away at support@apparelpro.app if you think someone got in who shouldn't have.
- Each plan includes a set number of team logins. Don't share one login between several people.
3. Free trial, beta and founder pricing
- Free trial: new shops get 14 days of the Shop plan free. No card is needed to start. If you don't choose a plan, the account pauses 7 days after the trial ends: you can still sign in to pick a plan, and your customers' portal links keep working, but the rest of the app is locked until you subscribe.
- Beta: shops we invite to the beta use the service free until the date we give them. Beta features may be unfinished and may change. We may end the beta with at least 14 days' notice.
- Founder pricing: beta shops that move to a paid plan keep 50% off that plan for as long as the subscription stays active. If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, founder pricing ends.
4. Plans, billing and cancelling
- Plans and prices are shown at apparelpro.app/#pricing. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Square, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account pauses. We don't refund partial months or the unused part of a yearly plan, except where the law requires it or we've made a mistake.
- If you switch plans, the new plan and price start from your next billing date.
- If a renewal payment fails, Square will let you know. If it stays unpaid, the account may pause until the balance is paid.
- Prices don't include taxes; if tax applies, it's added at checkout.
- We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' email notice. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
- Import help (moving your history in from another system) is a one-time fee unless your plan includes it, as shown on the pricing page.
5. Your data
- It's yours. Everything you and your customers put into your shop — customers, quotes, orders, prices, artwork and files — belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you, keep it backed up and secure, and provide support.
- Your customers' information. For the people you sell to, you decide what's collected and why; we handle it on your behalf. You're responsible for having the right to collect it and to email your customers through the service (quotes, invoices, receipts, reminders).
- Getting it out. You can ask for an export of your shop's data at any time, including after you cancel.
- After you leave. We keep a paused or cancelled shop's data so you can come back, until you ask us to delete it or 12 months after the account ends, whichever comes first. Then we delete it, apart from what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example, our own billing records).
- How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments and connected services
- Getting paid. When you connect your own Square account, your customers' card payments go directly to that account under Square's terms. We don't hold, touch or take a share of that money, and we never see full card numbers. You're responsible for your relationship with Square, including fees, disputes, refunds and any card-surcharge rules that apply to you.
- Other connections. When you connect S&S Activewear, SanMar, Shippo or another service, you authorize us to use your keys to act for you — for example to look up stock, place an order you've confirmed, or get shipping rates. Those services' own terms apply. We store your keys encrypted and use them only for what you ask.
- Orders you place. When you place a supplier order through the service, it's your order on your supplier account, charged to the payment method you chose. Check it before you send it.
- We aren't responsible for outages, price or stock errors, or changes made by those other services.
7. AI connectors
You can connect AI assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your shop with an API key you create. Anything the assistant reads or writes through that key goes to the AI company you chose under their terms. Read-only keys can't change anything; read-and-write keys can create and send quotes, change stages and record payments, so only give them to assistants you trust. You can revoke a key at any time.
8. Prices the software calculates
Apparel Pro calculates quote prices, costs and margins from your own pricing rules, supplier data and the information you enter. Supplier prices, stock and shipping rates come from third parties and can change or be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices and orders before you send them or rely on them.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or produce goods you're not allowed to produce (including trademarked designs without permission);
- send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive;
- upload malware, or try to get into other shops' data, our systems or other people's accounts;
- overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service;
- harass anyone or store unlawful content.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we'll tell you why unless the law or a safety concern prevents it.
10. Ownership
We own the Apparel Pro software, name, logo and website. You own your data and your artwork, and you're responsible for having the rights to the artwork and logos you and your customers upload. We get no rights to them beyond what's needed to run the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without owing you anything.
11. Uptime and support
We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or error-free. We may do maintenance, ideally outside shop hours. Support is by email at support@apparelpro.app; Pro plans get priority.
12. Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms promise, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows: neither side is liable to the other for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to your payment obligations or to either side's fraud or willful misconduct.
14. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of your data, your artwork, the goods you sell, or your breaking these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
15. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in that last case with at least 60 days' notice and a refund of any prepaid time you haven't used. Sections 5 (your data), 10, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive the end of the agreement.
16. Changes, law and the rest
- We may update these terms. For important changes we'll email the account owner at least 30 days ahead; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
- Nevada law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Lyon County, Nevada, unless we both agree otherwise. Before going to court, we'll both try to sort it out in good faith by email.
- If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You can't transfer your account without our agreement; we can transfer this agreement if the business is sold.
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and your plan details are the whole agreement between us about the service.
